Refund Policy

Product receipt
1 When you receive the package, check the sealing strip. If the sealing strip is damaged, please reject it.
2 If the sealing strip is intact, video record the unpacking process. The video should clearly show the removal of the sealing strip and save it for future use.

Unacceptable Return Refund Condition
1 Any product not purchased from www.shopycools.com.
2 Sign for express packages with broken product seals and provide false videos of the unpacking process.
3 If the original product, accessories, manuals, cables and all other items originally shipped with the product are lost or damaged.
4 Any product that is physically damaged or has been obviously misused by the user.
5 Any product that appears stained (scratches, food or oil stains, etc.).

100% full refund, exchange, reissue standard
Products that can be returned, refunded, and reissued for free must meet the following conditions:
1 Provide evidence of defective merchandise that arrived damaged, torn or stained.
2 The size or color of the item received is incorrect (not based on personal subjective feelings).
3 Purchase orders canceled before shipment to customer.
4 The express seal is intact, but there is a product quality problem and the product cannot operate normally.
5 Pieces are lost during transportation.
6 No returns, refunds, exchanges or reissues will be accepted unless due to the above problems.

Return, refund, exchange and reissue requirements
Returns, refunds, exchanges, reissues must be pre-approved to be considered. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted and you may be responsible for any associated shipping charges.
To initiate the return process, please fill out the form or provide the following information via email:
1 Your order number.
2 Provide valid reasons for return or exchange.
3 Specify the quantity of product you wish to return.
4 If you request an exchange, please indicate the color and model required.
5 Clear photos of the product with sufficient detail to allow us to evaluate its condition must be provided.
6 If you have retained the original packaging, you must also attach these photos so we can assess the condition.
7 If you do not retain the original packaging, please state this clearly in the "Description" section of the email or form and we will further evaluate your situation.


Standard Return Fees
In order to ensure fast, hassle-free shipping, minimize unforeseen expenses, and responsibly evaluate and recycle returned items, we may require a restocking fee. This fee includes return shipping and restocking fees, the amount of which may vary based on order status and condition of the returned item.
Order/item status -- risk rate:
1 Package canceled in transit - 20% of total original order value.
2 Unopened packages with original packaging and accessories intact and undamaged. -- 20% of the total value of the original order.
3 The package has been opened, the product has been used, and all contents in the box are not damaged. -- 30% of total original order value, including restocking fee and shipping.


About the return process
We only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on www.shopycools.com.
1 Contact us
Complete the return form or contact us via email. Once approved, we will send you a printable shipping label that contains our return address and basic information about your return order.
2 Attach a return label
Pack your return item properly into the original box and affix the provided return label to the outside of the box.
3 Send the package back
Send items back to us via your local post office. We do not recommend placing it in a mailbox without being received directly by a postal worker. Shopycools is not responsible for any lost packages and refunds will not be processed. If you need urgent processing of a returned package, please contact us and provide the tracking number of the returned package.
4 Notify after receipt
We will process your return within 1-3 business days after receiving the package.
5 Refund process
Once we confirm that your package meets the return criteria, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account (processing time may vary depending on your bank).

About refunds
Once we receive the returned product in good condition, the order price will be refunded to your original payment within 10-15 business days.
Delayed or missed refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet, check your bank account first. If the refund still doesn't appear in your bank account, please contact your credit card company. It may take a few days for your refund to be officially sent. There is usually some processing time before a refund is issued. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
